We successfully completed the factory acceptance test of the UNIPORT6000 for PALMS (Palmse Mehaanikakoda LLC) in Estonia by live stream. Due to corona travel restrictions the customer was not able to visit Unisign. The live stream by Dynamic beeld, licht & geluid was a professional and flexible alternative for a live visit!
Palmse Mehaanikakoda LLC produces since more than 20 years forest trailers and cranes, designed for use with agricultural tractors. Palmse wants to increase their machining production. Their new UNIPORT6000 enables them to produce machining parts much faster and at lower cost per piece.
Economic and flexible solution
The UNIPORT6000 is a gantry machine with travelling bridge and stationary table. The new CNC machining centre offers Palmse various benefits, such as:

The entire area of 10 m can be used for one large piece or two smaller stations which are separated by a screen for pendulum machining. Especially the pendulum configuration offers Palmse a dedicated and economical solution for their growth ambition.
