If you have a mechanical fault or your CNC machine software is displaying an error message, please contact our Customer Service department. One of our experienced Customer Support Engineers will take care of you.
Do you need help? We always start with a remote diagnosis. We do this to determine the problem and, if possible, to solve it right away. If it cannot be solved remotely, we will send a service engineer to you. Because our machines are built in-house, we have the majority of parts in stock. The service engineer who visits always has a well-stocked service van and can therefore work very efficiently. A single visit is often enough to repair your machine.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.
