SafanDarley: “UNISIGN understands what we do and focusses on what we really need!”

“No-nonsense and a service that continues, also after the purchase. They understand what we do.” That is how Mark Das from SafanDarley describes the relationship with UNISIGN. “Furthermore, just like us, it is a Dutch machine tool builder. This meets with our vision. We know what we get.”

For the production of machine parts, SafanDarley was looking for a new milling machine. UNISIGN convinced SafanDarley with the UNIVERS 6000 which, in addition to milling, can also do grinding operations. This way two machines could be replaced through one investment. “The strength of UNISIGN is that they did not extend the (grinding) package unnecessarily with extras that we do not use anyway. The focus was kept on what we really need.”

Das is very pleased with the working methods of the company. “UNISIGN carefully checked our applications and products before advising us what we required. They took us to a company for a reference visit to experience the machine ourselves. This company also confirmed that the service of Unisign was good.” SafanDarley has been convinced of UNISIGN for a long time. In its production facilities there are several machines of UNISIGN Installed.

De UNIVERS 6000 creates flexibility in the production process, being able to perform multiple tasks, such as milling as well as grinding. “It may not be the cheapest machine but UNISIGN offers robust quality and good service”, concludes Das. “The UNIVERS 6000 is a big hit in our company.”
