High uptime
The pallet changer enables parallel loading and production, allowing the machine to maximise spindle hours, which results in high output. By preparing workpieces on the pallets, the CNC machine can also run production for longer periods unmanned. The pallet changer includes two pallets, each with their dedicated loading station. More pallets are also possible.
Flexible multi-sided machining
The spacious work envelope, combined with the powerful Unisign right-angle head, enables efficient multi-sided machining of large, bulky components. The right-angle head indexes in the horizontal plane at 2,5° increments (optionally 1°) via the C-axis. For added flexibility, the Unisign universal angular head is also available, allowing the tool to be positioned at nearly any angle in 2,5° increments (optionally 1°) through both the B- and C-axis.
Safe and clean environment
The fully enclosed CNC machine meets the highest safety standards, ensuring comfortable and safe operation. This enclosure also maintains a clean and organized work environment.
With the control panel conveniently located near the spindle and a large viewing window in the operator access door, the design provides an excellent view of the machining process inside the machine.
