Whether you prefer flexible maintenance visits or a fixed, long-term plan, we offer two options designed to suit your operational needs:

  • Single maintenance visit
    Our skilled maintenance engineer visits your production site to carry out preventive maintenance on your Unisign CNC machine. After the visit you will receive an invoice based on the work performed and any spare parts used.
  • 3-year maintenance contract
    Choose security and continuity with our 3-year maintenance contract at a fixed annual rate. Each year, we perform one major and one minor service at agreed intervals. As a contract customer, you receive a 10% discount on the cost of spare parts for the duration of the contract.

    A: Yes. The fixed contract price includes travel, labor, parts and the service activities themselves. Only additional needed spare parts and any additional work beyond the agreed scope are invoiced separately.
